If you’re a parent, then there are probably days where you feel like you’re caught in the middle of a tornado: the kids aren’t out of control, they’re refusing to cooperate and all you can do is look at your spouse, mentally hold on for dear life … and laugh.
Doesn’t this picture kinda sum that up?
Truth be told - these kids were perfectly well behaved, completely adorable and their parents were so fun, relaxed and down to earth. I work with dad, who is a photographer and certainly knows his way around a camera (both video and still cameras). So, naturally, I was a little nervous about this photo session. I remember – seconds before meeting them - taking a deep breath and reminding myself that he hired me to capture his kids and family the way I see them. Just do my thang and don’t worry about the bazillion beautiful photos he already has of his kids.
So, here is his family … through my eyes.
